Long Constructed Response Workshop

Service Description

Our presentation aims to scaffold the teaching process of extended responses in a dual-language classroom. We will go over rubrics, revising and editing checklists in English and Spanish, and outlines to help students logically organize their thoughts, as well as student samples for each kind of response. During our presentation, the attendees will view videos of students rating each other’s answers and explaining their thinking. In addition, we will discuss implementing technology, such as Google Docs, Canvas, and Plickers into the writing process.
